Please note our Thropton gate will remain padlocked for a further couple of weeks. The ground inside The Haugh is still wet and there is more rain forecast. We will let you know when this gate is opened. The Thropton beat can still be fished, as long as permit holders park their cars on the main road at the top of the lane.
