River Coquet and River Till Catches

Despite the changeable conditions and with the rivers fining down after the most recent heavy rain the Coquet and Till have produced a few fish over the last week.

On the Turvelaws stretch of the River Till, Mark Reed had two sea trout around 3 lb and Gordon Black had a sea trout around the 5 lb mark with several other anglers reporting fish hooked and lost whilst on the Coquet, anglers Joe Clarke and Rob Stephenson had salmon of 11 lb and 10 lb respectively from Felton and the High Park Beat and Brian Quirey had a beautiful brown trout in the 3 to 3 lb 8 oz range from Pauperhaugh.
