GREAT SALMON CAUGHT THE TYNE

Congratulations go to Harry McVeigh for catching a beautiful Tyne salmon on Federation waters yesterday.

Caught on a Blue Charm tied by himself, Harry managed to land the fish after a good tussle on his switch rod below Ovingham Bridge.

The fish was weighed in at 15 lbs 4 oz.

Very well done Harry and hopefully the first of many.
