FEDERATION TRY RIVER FISHING WEEKEND 2023

FEDERATION TRY RIVER FISHING WEEKEND 2023

The Federations' 2023 Try River Fishing event which was held over three days this weekend was a great success. Over 30 prospective anglers received casting tuition by the Federation team and were given an insight into river fishing. The majority of attendees expressed a keen interest in taking up angling. The Federation would like to thank the following who supported this event:

Colin Dixon and Gregor Fulton McGregor for supplying equipment and fly lines.

Harry McVeigh and Templeman Retailing & Vending Ltd. for very kindly supplying snacks and refreshments.

The Angling Trust and the Environment agency for providing support and grants in previous years, which allowed us to buy the equipment we used at this years event.

David Lee and Graham Pirie for helping over all three days
