CATCH RETURNS
As we approach the end of the season, we remind all permit holders that catch returns should be reported by the 15th December (Fishing Permits, Rule 8.)
You can submit your returns on-line through our website using the catch return form option. If you have not caught any fish this season, can you please record no fish caught - but you only need to do this once rather than for every day you fished.
Alternatively, you can email your catch return to info@northumbrian-angler.co.uk or by post to The Secretary, 20 Carpenters Crescent, Swordy park, Alnwick, Northumberland, NE66 1DD. These returns should include your name, type of fish caught, date caught, where caught (using the map names) and whether the fish was kept or released. Small Brown Trout caught do not need to be recorded but if you caught a Brown Trout over 2lb it would be good if you could report them on the catch return.
Some of our licence agreements have a clause where we must report catch returns to our landlords, so it is important you submit a return to ensure we keep our waters.
Thanks.
